Client Management Skills
(CMS002)
CMS002 develops essential skills for career practitioners, focusing on effective communication, relationship-building, and career conversations. You’ll learn to adapt your approach for diverse clients across generations, backgrounds, and digital competencies. The course takes a holistic, inclusive approach, covering cultural needs, neurodiversity, and mental health awareness.
